An EPC is a legal requirement before a property can be marketed for sale or let. Our assessor is registered with Elmhurst Energy, carries out a 30-minute on-site assessment and lodges the certificate on the national EPC register.
Need photography too? An EPC can be completed in the same visit as your photos and floor plan, or booked on its own from £60.
